Stand at the valve or flange and take a photo – Express recognises the component and suggests the jacket type.

Measure it yourself
The guide asks for the dimensions it needs, one at a time, with a sketch. You take the measurements yourself with a folding rule – a photo cannot provide dimensions. Several components on the same pipe can become a matching set of jackets.

We manufacture and ship
Persolit reviews your measurements, sends you a price for approval, manufactures the jackets and ships them to you – anywhere in the world. Every jacket gets a label with its tag number and a QR code, so it can be reordered later.
Both onshore and offshore are supported – the applicable standard is selected when you order.

What is TIPCHECK?
CertifiedTIPCHECK is an internationally recognised method developed by the European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF) for systematic energy assessment of technical installations. A TIPCHECK assessment identifies exactly where heat is lost and calculates the annual energy savings, financial gain and CO2 reduction achievable by improving the insulation.
Using thermography, measurement and documentation, a TIPCHECK assessment delivers:

- • Prioritised improvement proposals

Documentation you can show
Once your installations have been assessed and the insulation improved, we issue a TIPCHECK completion certificate. It states the certified TIPCHECK Expert, the installations assessed, the date, the improvements carried out and the calculated energy savings and CO₂ reduction – with a unique report reference number.

The installation has been assessed by an EiiF-certified TIPCHECK Expert and the savings potential calculated.
Improvements completed
The insulation work recommended in the report has been carried out and documented.
Improvements verified
The work has been inspected afterwards and documented with photos and updated calculations.
The certificate can be used for:

The certificate confirms a completed TIPCHECK assessment and insulation improvements carried out. It is not a certification of the company as a whole or its overall climate and environmental impact. Stated savings are calculated unless verified by actual measurements.
